Condominium project, known as Katalina-2 located just minutes from Cozy Beacg beach in a prestigious  area of Pratumnak Hill, steped in the final stage of construction under the new name The Club House.

In the end of last year, the investor and management of developers company made a total rebranding and improvements in the project, which was approved by City Hall of Pattaya. The new announced date of completion is scheduled to be  November, 2014.

The main stage of construction works was completed in July 2014, therefore, the completion of the project reached more than 90%. Nowdays everybody are very welcome to take a look at the construction site. Exterior of this 6 storey modern building is fully  finished and decorated. Interior areas, as such as lobby, reception, corridors and other common areas are furnished, fitted and decorated as well.

At the moment, Installation of air conditioning compressors, installation of jacuzzi at the balconies and bathes and final floor covering are in the process.

The next stage will be painting of interior walls and fully furnishing of the apartments.
